两个readme，一个lic，一个可执行文件，点击可执行文件，要求有config，但是又不知道config是什么，陷入死循环中。。。。。

还是这个版本需要使用cliproxy的配置config拿过来使用？

不再需要手工设置配置文件，直接双击以后，浏览器访问端口就可以进行初始化设置了
