List Sharepoint and List Onedrive sites reporting Hex data instead of real values

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Teams & Sharepoint
Click on Onedrive
Click on List Onedrive
See hex data in table under Name, UPN (&URL for SP)

Expected behavior
The actual names and urls.

Screenshots**

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: W10 21H1
Browser [chrome, edge]

CIPP 1.2.1 API 1.2.3

Additional context
Happening in all tenants.
Check access on the tenant comes back good.
When running a permissions check from configuration it reports that me SAM is missing some delegated permission.

I don't know whether that is relevant but these weren't in the list of permission for CIPP.

Have applied the policy to 2 tenants a couple of weeks ago and it still doesn't produce non-anonymized data.
