Be nice to report on and alert any accounts that appear on HIBP

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

A separate report for it/maybe part of overall security report show if user account is compromised. Maybe alert on new breaches

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

This now requires and API key, and we do not want to manage credentials so it's a no for now, might be something for v2.0
