Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Would be handy to add managers to manage their own users / remove managers if they leave the company

Added the ability to remove owners and add owners to groups in dev.
