Description

Fresh "Deploy to Azure" deployment
SAM wizard run with MFA account

Missing Permissions (Application)
SecurityIncident.Read.All
SecurityIncident.ReadWrite.All

This is different from https://github.com/KelvinTegelaar/CIPP/issues/1031 which is for Delegated permissions.

Environment data

Azure, Version Frontend 2.11.2, version backend 2.0.3
