To confirm that this is not a bug found in the documentation, please copy and paste the following comment: "I confirm that I have checked the documentation thoroughly and believe this to be an actual bug.".The bug report appears to not have the "unconfirmed-by-user" removed unless the text has been pasted including the quotation marks.
The text should include that the quotation marks are required, or not require the quotation marks.
