Describe the bug
On certain users, we seem to be getting the below error:

The users are licenced with Bus Prem, have a mailbox etc and are normal users - nothing particularly "different" that I can think of

Checked Network tab and seems to occur after roughly 15 seconds

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '3') within Console

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Identity Management > Users > Select a User > Hamburger Menu > Research Compromised Account
