Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
A regular occurence is users forwarding spam through to us. Commonly the "gift card" scam. When notified we block the email address and sometimes domain in that tenant.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option under "Exchange" in CIPP where you can block an email address or domain for a selected tenant.
Describe alternatives you've considered
This was previously done using classic EAC admin center and would take a few minutes. Since classic EAC is gone for some tenants, the new way has more steps, and its a lot slower.
An alternative would be a PowerShell script.

No API available for this, can't do it.
