Required confirmations before submitting

I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

I have two instances on different tenants in CIPP were a tasks just continuously runs ever few hours.

I have one instance were we did a password reset with a user via CIPP and CIPP just runs the password reset task again 4 hours later.

In another instance, I had ran the off boarding wizard on a user in CIPP. The user then decided to stay and they wanted the account re-activated. I can see CIPP just continuously re-running that off board tasks.
