Problem Statement
I am raising a similar issue, and it will probably feel identical.
https://github.com/KelvinTegelaar/CIPP/issues/4651
We would love to see the ability to schedule Full Access and SendAs permissions for mailboxes, and heck, even calendar permissions. I do realize that this is a function the scheduler can provide, but in the current state it demands we do two schedules instead of doing it cleanly in one pass through the GUI. Additionally, much of our org does not have access to the Scheduler for more than viewing access due to the level of mass changes that can be made.
Benefits for MSPs
In our specific scenario this allows us to be more cognizant of how we are delegating permissions -- whether those are for our own GA accounts or for clients requesting access to mailboxes. We find that people often grant permissions and walk away, leaving those available. For any MSP, having the ability to schedule these changes would not make our lives easier, but it also makes us appear more thoughtful with every required permissions modification.
Value or Importance
I find this critical, as it ensures a path for a cleaner structure of permissions across mailboxes of any client any MSP manages.

CIPP team, @rhernandezendsight is with me :) We'd love to have this feature, thank you!
Access to the Scheduler for most employees is not viable for us, as it allows for highly destructive actions across all tenants.

Kind of like a vacation mode but for mailbox access. Does sound useful
@TJonesAtEndsightdotNet commented on GitHub (Feb 6, 2026):
I know we've had clients ask for delegate access to be scheduled when someone is on vacation or out on long term leave of some type. This would be beneficial.
