Problem Statement
The warranty on a device is often required when supporting customers. We use anothe product for this linked to our support system. We also often have to send warranty lists/device overview reports to out customers.
Benefits for MSPs
An integration between CIPP and CoW would reduce the need for additional tools
It would also mean much less effort in finding out warranty status.
Value or Importance
This feature as a paid add on to CIPP would ensure much less manual activity in our case. Today we have to look this information up either online or in a separate tool. To have the information on hand in CIPP, is at least for my company, a great feature. Even if we do buy CoW, we would stille have to export the serialnumbers as a defined csv, and then import them to CoW.
The price of CIPP with CoW as an add-on/Integrated tool with the current pricing, would be a no-brainer for us at least, as we spend a lot of time looking up warrenties.

Cow and CIPP are seperate products, while we might eventually release an integration they will remain seperate products and will nto be integrated in one price.
