Problem Statement
The new dashboard can take a bit of time to load, for some users they only use the dashboard to see SharePoint/use the portals button, at lesat a widget based dashboard you could dynamically set what would be relevant to the MSP rather than a standard set or set via groups based on their job roles.

Benefits for MSPs
Less waiting for engineers to switch between clients, the old dashboard loads insanely fast compared to the new one, and it's very noticeable.
Value or Importance
The older dashboard was quick to load and was seamless, for the lower tier engineers the data they see on the dashboard isn't relevant to them to deal with, they just want to tenant switch/portal access.

The new dashboard is going to be the default experience and should load in a couple of MS, if it takes longer to load it might be worth a support ticket.
