Required confirmations before submitting

I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

After the latest round of updates my Hudu Sync looks to have generated 1000's or duplicate users.
One of the companies in Hudu which has around 900 users has 33k entries in the asset

Environment Type

Front End Version

10.0.3

Back End Version

10.0.5

Relevant Logs / Stack Trace

I have looked for logs, but honestly not sure where to start. Nothing showing in logbook.
