Describe the bug
Clicking Add Excluded Tenant shows the tenant list, but nothing occurs when pressing "Add"

Page: CIPP > CIPP > Settings> Excluded Tenants

On refresh, the tenant can still be added - so doesn't appear to be adding to any list
