Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Security.Microsoft.com contains things like mail quarantine now. It would be nice for a one click delegated login to this portal.

Add a button for each tenant in Administration > Tenants for one click login to delegated portal

Describe alternatives you've considered
Logging in as a tenant specific admin
