So today I triggered a manual sync. Now everything has been overwritten. So I guess the Is Synced Marker means something totally different than I expected.
The marker is not there to differentiate between Templates, that are part of a Template snyc or not part of a Template sync, but if this specific policy is in sync right now in this very moment.
So this still doesn't allow me to differentiate, which templates are part of a Template library sync, VS. modified copies from us.

Additionally: All my App package Tags have been removed by the sync.

Today we switched to the Dev Branch to test this. I can confirm, that ...

I can set an app package tag, and the Checkmark is still shown.
But as soon as I schedule a Library sync, all app package tags vanish once again, leaving the feature not useable for use, to create OIB standards.

This is urgent to us, as we still can't use CIPP to deploy OIB.
