Problem Statement
Currently standard alerts go out to all notification methods.
Would be good that we could define which standards alert on email and which ones on webhook. Or at the very least that they were left on email only - it seems to be creating too much webhook noise. This is at least in our case where emails go to a triaging ticket board but webhooks we like to keep for more critical alerts.
Benefits for MSPs
Reducing clutter
Value or Importance
For the reasons mentioned before.
