Required confirmations before submitting

I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

This isn't very urgent, but when I try to export the list of users in the CIPP Management portal, it does not work. Clicking Export to CSV does nothing at all, and clicking Export to PDF produces a blank pdf. I have tried filtering and selecting users, but get the same lack of results no matter what I do.
