Problem Statement
I have random admin accounts across all clients that are licensed with Business Std/Prem/E1 and I wanted to find a way to alert when a user with the name I specify (such as "admin") is licensed. This is from years of poor management with our admin accounts, where we created mailboxes for One-Time troubleshooting but forgot to unlicense the account when finished.
Benefits for MSPs
Value or Importance
This is not critical, but would be a nice-to-have change. It adds value because I think many MSPs could be in similar situations where they license an admin account to create a mailbox > perform w/e action necessary > remove license. The "remove license" step is what sometimes gets missed.
