Required confirmations before submitting

I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

We found that "CA Vacation Mode" list is stuck on a single tenant for all custom non-admin roles on CIPP for our organization. It does not show results for other tenants as Tenant Filter only shows the single tenant it's stuck at. Happens as well when we change the tenant we're working from. Tested this as well on multiple browsers with cleared cookies and we're all getting the same result.

@leanderthanx is a part of my org and we have confirmed this bug to be impacting all custom roles (all users with custom roles). Only impacting this specific screen. Tried:

Hard Refresh
Reset all filters
Clear all cookies and different browsers
