Please confirm:

  • I have searched existing feature requests (open and closed) and found no duplicates.
  • **me or my organization is currently an active sponsor of the product at the $99,- level.

Problem Statement

Hoping this should be a pretty simple one as this option is available on regular distribution group templates, just not on dynamic distribution group templates.

I would like to deploy a dynamic distribution group for all of our customer tenants that automatically includes a deployed contact coming to our MSP support address, so if we ever need to link a system to an email address at the customers domain we can still receive emails to our MSP domain without needing a full mailbox and forwarding rules.

Benefits for MSPs

This would allow completely automated deployment, currently we need to manually flick this setting on manually on each tenant after the group is made.

Value or Importance

Nice to have, but would be a big time save when onboarding a tenant and making sure we tick all our boxes.

PowerShell Commands (Optional)
