Required confirmations before submitting

I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

Go to Tenant Administration > Alert Configuration
Create a new Audit Log Alert
Add a tenant as an exception to the alert
Save the alert
Edit the alert
The exceptions list is empty, and saving the alert will cause the loss of any previous exceptions.

Non-sponsored user
