Please confirm:

I have searched existing feature requests (open and closed) and found no duplicates.
**me or my organization is currently an active sponsor of the product at the $99,- level.

Problem Statement

I have just been through the process of tenant mapping for the Hudu integration and have found there there would be a couple of QoL changes that would have made the process much smoother. The first one would be case insensitivity for Hudu names vs 365 names. I found that "Company a LTD" and "Company a Ltd" wouldn't automatically match even though all of the characters were the exact same on both.

The second issue and I full admit this falls into an US issue not a CIPP issue, but we find that not all of our companies have the same type across all of our platforms, and what I mean by this is that some will show as "Company a Ltd" others may show as "Company a Limited" having an alias in the automap feature would really help out here as Hudu and HaloPSA have the name as the customer prefers however the GDAP relationship name doesn't change without recreating the relationship so its not easy for us to update this to ensure that it matches with intergrations.

This would likely be the same for Inc and Incorporated and PVT and Private.

Benefits for MSPs

This while it wouldn't help me directly, would save other MSP's in the same position as me having to manually map 100s of tenants just because their 365 name doesn't match 100%

Value or Importance

This would add value and a quality of life to using the automap feature of integrations.
