Problem Statement
There may be other places, but in the Logbook timestamps are being displayed as relative times, which are very hard to correlate with other things. Please show full timestamps, or at least give an option somewhere to control the format. I'm fine with UTC time, but timezone options would probably be a nice extra feature.
I just now saw that hovering does show the timestamp, so that is better than nothing, but when scrolling/scanning the log entries, showing the full timestamp would still be better in my opinion. YYYY-MM-DD:HH:MM:SS format would be my preference.
Benefits for MSPs
When you are trying to correlate things between tools, it is hard to have to do time math in your head to determine if something that happened "1 hour ago" really matches with a specific timestamp.
Value or Importance
I have certainly seen the relative timestamps being used more and more but it hides useful information so at best it should be optional and full timestamps should be the default, especially for a technical tool.

This is a personal preference, the data is available by hovering.
