Required confirmations before submitting

  • I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
  • I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
  • I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

I watch my CPU's usage a lot, and try to kill processes that are using the CPU more than they should. After using CIPP, and the auto logout occurs, I'll see CPU usage higher than normal. I'll kill the task, which kills the CIPP tab.

I'm fairly sure this happens both on Firefox and Brave. It happens every time CIPP logs out.

I just realized I'm a version behind. I'll update now and see if the image persists.

In this image, the "Brave Browser Helper" is the process running CIPP.

This is done on purpose. We call this "heater mode" and it ensures your device is nice and toasty in case you want to put your coffee on it.

(@JohnDuprey found the same on his mac. We'll look into it)

Haha, sounds like a "heater," not a bug. Awesome. Let me know if you need anything more from me. Loving CIPP in the mean time.
