Please confirm:

I have searched existing feature requests (open and closed) and found no duplicates.
**me or my organization is currently an active sponsor of the product at the $99,- level.

Problem Statement

Once a Vacation Mode entry is created, the record cannot be modified, canceled, or deleted. If the entry is created with the wrong date, or if the vacation is canceled or any other reason you might want to delete the record and remove the user from the CA exclusion, you should have an action available to modify, cancel, or delete the record and revert the CA change.

Benefits for MSPs

Would allow correcting mistakes or handling changes when working with Vacation Mode entries.

Value or Importance

Requires a tech to go into the 365 portal to manually correct erroneous entries.
