Required confirmations before submitting

I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

identity/reports/mfa-report states CA policy not enforced when using groups as targets.

We have CA policies enforcing all apps - targetting a Dynamic Group containing Business Premium Licensed users. It works for directory roles, but not for groups.

I noticed the same behavior: CA Policies targeting a group (mine are not dynamic) and reports still show "Not enforced"
