Required confirmations before submitting

I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

Have a random tenant selected in the top-left dropdown
Go to Tenant Administration > GDAP Management > Offboarding
Offboard a different tenant than the one selected in step 1
Download the .csv file containing results

The downloaded filename contains the name of the tenant selected in step 1, rather than the offboarded tenant.
