Required confirmations before submitting

I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

Multiple times recently, for different tenants, when I run the offboarding wizard, the only response I get when I Submit is Backend call failure. When I look in the tenant directly, I find that the work was accomplished, but I did not get any output of the results. This occurs whether I do one user or three users.

Please share more extended steps, in a bug report clarity is best, just like a support ticket describing the issue as descriptive as possible helps locate problems.

go to the offboard user menu, select a tenant and 1 user
select the checkboxes xyz.
Enter the fields abc
click next and finish. This error appears
