Please confirm:

  • I have searched existing feature requests (open and closed) and found no duplicates.
  • **me or my organization is currently an active sponsor of the product at the $99,- level.

Problem Statement

We can already retrieve a Windows LAPS password from the Intune -> Device Management -> Devices section. We'd like to also retrieve the username as we are using the dynamic username generation function which generates a randomized name for each device.

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/identity/laps/laps-management-policy-settings#automaticaccountmanagementrandomizename

This would remove the need to view the device in Intune directly to pull both the username and password.

Benefits for MSPs

Reduces an extra step in pulling out the username being used, which in our case is randomized.

Value or Importance

It's a nice to have, with the hope that as the password is already able to be retrieved, it might just be a simple change to also pull the username at the same time.

PowerShell Commands (Optional)
