Please confirm:

I have searched existing feature requests (open and closed) and found no duplicates.
**me or my organization is currently an active sponsor of the product at the $99,- level.

Problem Statement

When manually applying an Intune policy in the Apply Policy form, the TenantID field is required if the policy includes %TenantID%, even though this information is already available. The Replacemap at the confirmation stage correctly displays the TenantID, but it is not automatically pre-filled in the form. As a result, users must manually enter the TenantID, adding an unnecessary step to the process.

When deploying policies via Standards, the %TenantID% variable is replaced automatically. However, for one-off manual deployments, requiring users to enter the TenantID manually creates an inconsistency and adds extra work.

Benefits for MSPs

Saves time by eliminating the need to manually look up and enter the TenantID.
Reduces the risk of input errors when applying policies manually.
Aligns manual policy deployment more closely with how Standards handle %TenantID%, making the experience more consistent.
Streamlines the manual deployment process while maintaining flexibility for optional changes.
