Problem Statement
When you offboard a user and convert the mailbox to a Shared Mailbox and attach it to a new user, it would be helpful if the mailbox started with the word "ARCHIVED"
Example: ARCHIVED Jane Doe
Benefits for MSPs
It helps our end clients, and frankly us, know that this mailbox was part of an offboarding process we performed.
Value or Importance
This helps keeps things clean in the environment and when reporting on existing mailboxes. Bonus points if the prefix can be changed in the settings somewhere. Some people may prefer to have "FORMER EMPLOYEE" in the name or "OFFBOARDED" instead of "ARCHIVED"
PowerShell Commands (Optional)

See older requests about this; in short, too many people want too many variants of this. its something we wont implement.
