Description of the new feature - must be an in-depth explanation of the feature you want, reasoning why, and the added benefits for MSPs as a whole.

all user actions in CIPP should create a ticket in PSA, or at least have the option to do it. For example, if I delete an e-mail rule, I should be able to easily create a ticket in the PSA, or use an existing ticket, or fire off a webhook that can do the same. This is especially important when running commands that fail, it would be great for the failures to be ticketed so that it's never missed and a false sense of security is creation
