Description of the new feature - must be an in-depth explanation of the feature you want, reasoning why, and the added benefits for MSPs as a whole.

Users frequently have scheduled times where they want email handled differently when away from their inbox for extended periods of time. Being able to schedule changes to email forwarding and automatic replies (possibly alongside CA Vacation Mode) all in one place would be useful. Or something similar to the User Offboarding wizard, but instead it would be a User Vacation wizard that would allow changing numerous common settings all at once with a start and end date.

PowerShell commands you would normally use to achieve above request
