Description of the new feature - must be an in-depth explanation of the feature you want, reasoning why, and the added benefits for MSPs as a whole.

One common user admin task that has been identified by our engineers that they still have to go into the 365 portals for is setting MFA authentication contact details for users. scenarios where users change their mobile or have authenticator app issues and have an old number set seem to crop up fairly often.
