Description of the new feature - must be an in-depth explanation of the feature you want, reasoning why, and the added benefits for MSPs as a whole.

when deploying apps though intune, it would come in handy to have possibility make an app available in the company portal instead/additionally to setting it as required for all users/all devices

PowerShell commands you would normally use to achieve above request
