The build of v0.1.0 and v0.1.1 for windows seems to be broken. I assume the installer is not signed properly. So you will need to download v0.1.2 manually. https://github.com/BoostIO/BoostNote.next/releases

I'll keep this issue open for a week so people can see the solution easily.
