Current behavior

Expected behavior

We hope it is not the behavior in Test / Trial like in payed Plan.
So it would never happens to catch the breakeven ...

Steps to reproduce

these steps should be applicable earlier, to find out what customers loose also out of there time

create a account
login
try something ....
schedule a follow-up
Was a stroke in terms of the product quality offered
