I have two computer and both use application Boostnote. There are one file I note in one computer (A) then in other computer (B )it shows only the file name but empty inside. Note in that file on computer A always there and even I reload many times in computer B, it still empty.

P/s: I dont know which version Bootsnote app I have (can't find the place to show that) but one computer is Manjaro OS and other is Ubuntu.

Hi, do you have the latest, same version on both devices? Which one did you download?

In cloud spaces note content and title is fetched from server, if you sign in to same account, the note content should be the same on both devices, did you try using Web app to Check it? I suppose you are using desktop applications to browse through the notes?

Can you check if this happens on some newly created note as well? Screenshots would be very much appreciated.

Hi @Komediruzecki ,
So I have open the Webapp and I can see the update. Then I comeback to my second machine, it shows the note that I need now. This is quite strange though. Hope bootsnote will improve for the next release. Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Not sure what happened, in general it should sync the note without problems, it should also allow you to edit the same note on different devices or clients simultaneously without any problems.

You can try it with opening browser web app and desktop app on same or different machine and edit the note, it should show all editors cursors and update alongside any changes.
