Current behavior
Currently when editing/adding a note, old or new, when pressing Ctrl+Shift+ᐅ to select the rest of the current word, Boostnote hangs and the only way I've been able to restore it is by restarting the application.
The same also happens for Ctrl+Shift+ᐊ.
Expected behavior
Selection to the end/beginning of the word would happen as was usual in every other application I've come across.
Steps to reproduce
As explained in Current behavior.
Environment
Desktop/Web

Hi, Mirdarthos,
Can you please give me more detail and/or screnshot what exactly happens?
Which workspace and storage are you using? Local space storage, cloud space storage, desktop or web application when this happens?
I did try it in local and cloud space and it does not select the word rather jumps to sidebar navigator, but it does not hang
@Mirdarthos commented on GitHub (Jun 26, 2021):
Hi @Komediruzecki,
That is also quite possible that that is what happens and I might just not have caught it.
Indeed, when I checked it again, just now while paying attention to it, this is what seem to be happening.
Doesn't seem right to me?
I'm also just using a local space, I try to keep my setup as simple as possible. That way, there's less that can go wrong.
@Komediruzecki commented on GitHub (Jun 26, 2021):
Hi, Mirdarthos,
The behaviour is definitely not correct, I am looking into it, and I think I found an issue and fixed it locally, but I need to align it with the others and then we can release a fixed version. I'll let you know when that happens.
Thank you for your patience!
@Mirdarthos commented on GitHub (Jun 26, 2021):
You are more than welcome!
@Mirdarthos commented on GitHub (Jul 7, 2021):
Fixed in the latest release.
