In the new wiki mode when you load a storage used in previous version 0.9, in the sidebar there is no note titles, only collapsed folders. When you rename that folder all its notes appear in the sidebar as it should be.

Then If you restore all the storage files from backup there will be all ok from the start, no need to rename folders again.
