Current behavior

  • was trying to update storage name (on cloud) but couldn't and the name was reverting back to old one
  • couldn't delete the storage from the cloud as well

Expected behavior

  • the storage name to be updated on the cloud
  • and the storages to be completely deleted from the cloud

Steps to reproduce

for updating storage name

  1. create a storage on the cloud
  2. change the name of the storage (in cloud) and update
  3. close the storage settings by tapping on any random folder (or by closing the app itself)
  4. go to storage configure of the updated storage

for deleting storage

  1. from storage configure click unlink/remove cloud storage button
  2. uninstall and reinstall the boost note app
  3. sync the cloud storage

Environment

Desktop/Web

  • Boost Note.next version: 0.9.0
  • OS version and name: Windows 10

Could you try again after signing out and signing in? I assume your authentication information is invalidated

yep tried it, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app the problem still persists

when deleting online cloud storage

  • gives this dialog box on both app and browser
    note boostio co
  • on browser console displayed
    note boostio co

cloud storage id doesn't matter in this case cause different account was used just to make sure the problem wasn't with my account
