Delete branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Current behavior
At present, we can tag notes.
Expected behavior
In addition to above behavior, can we also have option "to tag specific lines" and able to view them across different notes with same tag used across different notes.
Some note taking apps offer it.

If at all, this be possible, please develop this feature seperately and dont overlap with existing tag feature of notes.
