Select create storage, click type to 'cloud', then sign in.

It will open the browser for authorizing with github account, but showed error:
Unhandled Error: No repository for "AccessTokenRequest" was found. Looks like this entity is not registered in current "default" connection?

Boost Note version: 0.9.0
OS version and name: Windows 10
