Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Current behavior
After upgrade BoostNote to version 0.9. It failed to start and got stuck in
loading data.Expected behavior
Should start normally
