Current behavior

When I am creating a note, I have to manually click the plus button above the title to add a tag.

Preferred behavior

When I am creating a note, being able to press something like [Ctrl/Cmd]+[Alt]+[T] to open the UI to add tags would be great. Then one could navigate adding and writing a note with just the keyboard.
