Hi Finb,

I finally found this app in my pursuit of a good Pushover replacement. The only thing is the English localization is a little raw, and the amount of text makes the screen rather cramped and hard to navigate, so I took the liberty to open this pull request. Here's what I did:

Refine English l11n in general
Simplify the language (by making a key assumption that users know this is a notification app)
Adopt Apple lingo (e.g., Notification Sound -> Alert Sound, Message Group -> Notification Grouping, etc.)

I think I've interpreted everything correctly. I couldn't build and test it with Xcode on my aging laptop, but I ran a syntax validation and I don't see any problems with the strings file.

Love this app. I'd love to help out if there's any need for English documentations.
