希望可以增加一个设置自动清理的选项，我这边都是每日任务的提示，基本就是当天有用，所以增加一个程序自动清理功能，可以按照设置的时间自动清理历史消息

附议，有时候重复的自动化任务消息很多，但是只能手动清理很麻烦

1.4.7 增加了新的删除区间，可以方便的清理旧消息，暂时不加自动清理了
