我现在从PC上推送消息到手机上很方便了，

可是有时候还是想用手机推送消息到PC上，无论是PC还是手机的客户端都支持推送&接收消息就好了

应该不会有这个功能，这个是消息提醒工具。
看你描述你应该可以找一个剪贴板同步软件之类的
