What is the problem that your feature request solves

Describe the ideal specific solution you'd want, and whether it fits into any broader scope of changes

singlefile's option is highly configurable, i propose to expose the singlefile_args=/path/to/singlefile.json similar to youtubedl_args, so people can export their settings from the PC and upload it to the server.
the json file needs to be parsed and feed into the singlefile cli as args:

What hacks or alternative solutions have you tried to solve the problem?

How badly do you want this new feature?

It's an urgent deal-breaker, I can't live without it
It's important to add it in the near-mid term future
It would be nice to have eventually

I'm willing to contribute dev time / money to fix this issue
I like ArchiveBox so far / would recommend it to a friend
I've had a lot of difficulty getting ArchiveBox set up

I like the idea of being able to pass more args through to singlefile, but I think I'd stick to lists of CLI args (even if they're really long quoted json strings), because it's one less filesystem location have to support & document.
